Auf Technet wird für die Exchange Database und Log eine "NTFS Allocation Unit Size" von 64KB empfohlen. (Understanding Storage Configuration im Kapitel "Volume configurations for the Exchange 2010 Mailbox server role")
Beim Anlegen der Volumes die Allocation Unit Size auf 64K stellen.
Wie kontrolliert man aber ob das Volume mit 64KB Allocation Unit Size angelegt wurde?
fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo [Laufwerksbuchstabe:]
Bytes per Cluster gibt dann die Allocation Unit Size an.
