Microsoft Remote Desktop for AVD and Windows 365 1.2.5807

Hi All,

Today i was notified, that a new Version of the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client is available

Updates for version 1.2.5807

• Fixed an issue for CVE-2024-49105.
• Added list of graphics codecs to the Connection Information dialog.
• Fixed an issue where the bottom portion of the Windows Authentication dialog could be cut off when connected to a RemoteApp.
• Fixed an issue where the Connection Information dialog showed the lowest RTT instead of average RTT.
• Fixed an issue where UDP type was incorrectly reported as “UDP (Private Network)” for all UDP connections in the Connection Info dialog.

When you start the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client, it checks for Updates and you can see a green arrow, that indicates an Update

Installing the Update

You can check the Versions by selecting the three dots on top right and select “About”
