Windows 11 25H2 has been released

Hi All,
I did read today, that Windows 11 25H2 has been released. Currently i am running Windows 11 24H2.
Windows 11 version 25H2
Microsoft has officially rolled out Windows 11 version 25H2, a streamlined update focused on security, performance, and enterprise flexibility. Unlike previous major releases, 25H2 is delivered as a lightweight enablement package (eKB)—a sub-200KB update that activates features already present in version 24H2, requiring just a quick reboot for most users.
Security & AI Enhancements
This update introduces advanced vulnerability detection and AI-assisted secure coding, aligning with Microsoft’s Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) standards.
Leaner System
Legacy components like PowerShell 2.0 and WMIC have been removed to reduce the attack surface and streamline the OS.
Enterprise Features
- Wi-Fi 7 support for enterprise-grade connectivity.
- Policy-based removal of preinstalled Microsoft Store apps via Intune or Group Policy 1 2.
Copilot+ Features (Now Default)
Features previously gated in 24H2 are now enabled by default:
- AI actions in File Explorer
- Improved Windows Search
- Click to Do
- Agent in Settings
Support Lifecycle
- Home/Pro editions: Supported until October 2027
- Enterprise/Education editions: Supported for 36 months from release
How to Get It
If you’re already on 24H2, simply go to Settings > Windows Update, enable “Get the latest updates,” and check for updates. The upgrade is fast and minimally disruptive
After a Reboot and about 15 Minutes you’re on Windows 11 25H2
