Je nach installierter Office 2016 Suite gehört Skype for Business eben nicht zum Packet, wie man hier am Office Professional 2016 sieht.
Unter dem folgenden Link, kann "Skype for Business 2016 Basic" heruntergeladen werden. Dieser Client unterstützt zwar nicht alle Funktionen, für das gröbste sollte es jedoch reichen.
